Right, we're up to 15 people pretty quickly. Shall we cap it at 20? Any more than that and we're pushing it. Obviously if it goes well, more people can be added.

Also, is everyone okay with it starting in the New Year? During the Christmas season everyone is busy with visiting family and friends and that, so I imagine everyone will probably have more spare time to listen to these after New Year. So, deadline can be the 31st December and I'll start posting them on the 1st or the 2nd ish? Sound good?
