One of my most anticipated albums, can't wait to hear it!

Dear Colorado was good, but the rest of their last EP was a bit of a letdown. hopefully this expands musically in the direction of the full length, which was fantastic.

I actually really dug most of that EP. I'm excited to see what these guys end up doing on the new full-length.

Elway (and most other bands, really), you guys have a place to play and a place to crash if you come through North Dakota. Just get in touch!

Agreed. I did enjoy the last full-length, but I think they have the potential to write something even better.

I like 'em. I mean, they write decent enough songs with great lyrics. But they're just sort of "another band." They have potential, I just think they need to break out a bit. Try something just a bit different. Write some slower songs, some faster songs, etc. The gruffish-vocalled, mid-tempo punk rock thing has been beat to death. I feel the same way about Banner Pilot in terms of songwriting, actually--but the lyrics and vocals help push them ahead a bit more.

Cobra Skulls is a good example of what I'm talking about. With each release they keep their "core" sound but expand on it. Getting a bit slower, a bit faster, trying new things. And the new 7" of theirs drives it forward even more.
