Obviously when I was getting high and fucked up, I tended to talk a lot more shit and stuff. And now that I'm not using drugs, it's just not as fun, you know? It took all the life out of it, being rude and all that shit. I kind of have a new found respect for people have that have stuck around...and even ones that have talked shit, they're still following me, so I know they have a little bit of faith in me
I met him after a show in a Chinese takeaway, and he was a nice enough guy. He's an odd one though. I think that Men In Black quote confounds it. He doesn't really quite fit in the rock scene. He's very much into R&B and isn't particularly interested, as far as I can tell, in being a part of the rock scene. He wants to be known as a pop/R&B vocalist, and he wants to to be known on a massive scale.
That said, I hope he is clean and stays that way. He's got a fucking amazing voice.
