Braver's free full-legth is quite a fun album, mostly punk with hints of pop stylings. The production's a tad rough, but gives the songs a personal touch. Reminds me of Japandroids, Suicide Machines minus the ska aspect, and early Green Day. A bit of a Weezer attitude as well.

Sapient's Slump is a solid piece of indie hip-hop, reminiscent Kanye West's last solo album and the idiosyncratic stylings of P.O.S. Drum machines and heavy bass are employed along side twinkling pianos and even acoustic guitar for a mellow but engaging experience. Treble is slightly higher than it should be, but overall mixing is well-done.

I'm not a fan of the rampant abuse of RIYL: Brand New and Balance & Composure on this site, but surprisingly that's more-ore-less accurate in describing what Breakthrough Frequencies new EP, Temporary Limbs sounds like. Definitely worth $4, and their old EP is name-your-price.
