The fellas in Beartooth will be chatting with us today at 1pm PST/4pm EST, under the following usernames: CalebBeartooth, NickBeartooth, TaylorBeartooth, and BrandonBeartooth. They're currently on the road supporting Memphis May Fire, The Word Alive, and others, so feel free to ask them about how the tour is going, or ask them about their current release, the Sick EP.
Update: The guys are unfortunately unable to make it to chat today, so we're going to re-schedule for a close time in the future. We'll keep you posted as to when they'll be coming through. - JD
Well everyone, it's been a wild ride for Attack Attack, but I think it's about time Whiting and I take some time to write this note. We want to start by thanking every single one of you that has ever come out to a show, bought a shirt, gotten in a fight over crabcore, or spent the time to send us notes online. We have been insanely blessed to be able to do what we have done with AA and we think it's time that we wrap up this chapter in our lives. Yes, this means exactly what you think it means. This week's record sales charts are in, and it looks like Attack Attack!'s This Means War managed to sneak into the top 10 overall with 17,500 sold. Congrats to Rise Records. Perhaps more importantly, they outsold Nickelback - who came in at No. 11. Please leave your thoughts on this in .gif form in the replies. Also relevant: Adele sold under 100,000 units of 21 for the first time in a long time, but if you count sales of 19, she was still over that benchmark.
I may have held off on some of the other posts this morning if I knew this was coming. A new Attack Attack! song can be heard in the replies, the video announces the new album This Means War will be out on January 17th. And are those cadaver penises in the album artwork?
