John Mayer has a new album, Continuum, coming out September 12th on Columbia Records. He co-produced the record with Steve Jordan, and his Myspace has the lead single, "Wating On the World To Change," available for streaming. Continuum features new songs, reworked John Mayer Trio songs, and a cover of Jimi Hendrix's "Bold As Love."

Ralston To Take Over Guitar For ChrisJohn Ralston will be playing guitar in Dashboard Confessional's band on their US tour. During the Dashboard Confessional set, Chris Carrabba will step back and let his friend and label mate John Ralston perform the single "Gone, Gone, Gone" from his brand new Vagrant debut entitled Needle Bed (June 6th, 2006). Ralston will be doing this to expose the country to his music before he hits the road on his first headlining tour beginning in August.

The soundtrack for the movie John Tucker Must Die will feature The All-American Rejects, Cartel, Nada Surf, Motion City Soundtrack, People In Planes, Ben Lee, OK Go, Quietdrive, Josh Kelley, and The Caesars. The sountrack will be released by Wind-Up Records on July 18th.
