Today we're excited to start our running stream of The Thing That Ate Larry Livermore compilation with Adeline Records. The compilation, out May 29, features 16 upcoming pop-punk bands selected by Lookout Records founder Larry Livermore, and each of the 16 songs were recorded exclusively for this comp. Mixtapes has opened up a proper online merch store.

We have your first look at the admat for the upcoming Set Your Goals and Cartel co-headlining tour in the replies. The spring tour also features Fireworks, Hit the Lights, Mixtapes and Super Prime.

Mixtapes are now mixing their new album.

Set Your Goals and Cartel will be touring together this March and April. Mixtapes will open the entire tour, with Fireworks (3/20-4/3) and Hit the Lights (4/4-4/16) also providing support. Dates in the replies, where else would they be?

A while ago, Mixtapes put out a short acoustic EP called How To Throw A Successful Party. The band wants you to listen to it, which you can do in the replies.

Mixtapes hails from Cincinnati, Ohio and formed in 2010. After some rough times in their personal lives Ryan Rockwell and Maura Weaver started writing songs together for fun with the idea to make a record and play some local shows. They recorded their debut album "Maps" and released it for free on Death To False Hope Records in early 2010. Since then they have consistently released music (48 songs in the past year and a half) and toured any and everywhere they can. They released two 7 inches and one LP on Animal Style Records, a split with Direct Hit! on Kind Of Like Records, and...
