Bryce Avary has entered the studio today to co-produce a new track with Neal Avron for the upcoming The Rocket Summer album. And in other news, Ashley Tisdale is a fan.
I went to see The Rocket Summer, Blackpool Lights, and Big City Rock last night in Ft. Lauderdale. It was a very enjoyable show. Having never heard Big City Rock, they were quite impressive and energetic; I even got a bit of a Springsteen vibe (blasphemy, I know!) from their singer. Their album comes out on Atlantic Records next week (unless it's changed), and I think I'll definitely be picking it up. Give them a listen if you haven't already.

The Rocket Summer have finished their video for "Brat Pack" and it should be online soon. Also, the band (or the guy) will be doing some dates with Blackpool Lights, which is happening in between the two legs of the Relient Ktour (3/7-3/15).
